So I'm making some changes, no more drinking (I'm dead serious) and I need to find a way to fix my anger issues. Punching people in the face isn't cool.

Also, I let myself get wrapped up in other peoples bullshit way to easy. I need to stop that shit. Just because your my friend your problems are not mine and I don't want to be persuaded by anyone to convince me who I should or shouldn't like.
I have lost several great opportunities for friendships in the past because of this problem. If you're a friend, I'll be there for you but I'm no longer going to fight any ones battles for them.

I'm disgusted with my behavior and I'm sure a lot of people are.
